I injured my shoulder at work and the employee health office referred me to physical therapy and told me I could not get an MRI. My arm was numb and I couldn’t even lift it and knew physical therapy would make it worse. I was referred to McCready by a friend who is a lawyer. He told me,”don’t worry they’ll take good care of you.” Edwin was fantastic! Within an hour of talking to him he got the MRI approved. They told me I could not see the sports medicine doctor and he got that approved as well.
They scheduled surgery because I had a bad rotator cuff tear in several places. The workman’s comp denied the surgery. I emailed Edwin and within 20 minutes he emailed back saying the surgery is approved. It’s terrible that people injure themselves at work and can get denied care that is medically necessary. Edwin made sure I got workman’s compensation checks on time so I could pay my bills as well as a settlement in case I have problems in the future. All of the physical therapy I needed was also approved. Edwin is very down to earth, was always accessible and answered all of my questions. I can’t thank you enough Edwin!!
